For 50 years, Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling has continued to live up to our mission in service to Stillwater and the surrounding area.
Our HVAC technicians are courteous and dependable, which means you can be confident that you are getting a well-trained technician to service your equipment and will probably save money in the long run because the job will be done right the first time.
Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling began in 1968 as a plumbing company called Western Plumbing. The office was located at 121 S. Main Street, Stillwater, OK. Mr. J.W. Huffman was the licensed plumber. Max Koerner, Dale Weathers and J.W. Huffman started the corporation.
Within a few years the need to heating and air conditioning became more important and Paul Marshall was recruited to start the HVAC division of the company. About 5 years after the corporation was chartered, Max Koerner purchased the corporation stock.
In 1983, the company began building a new office located at 1521 E. 6th Ave. The land was owned by Paul Marshall. Max died in 1983 prior to the building being completed. Paul Marshall and Julia Koerner continued to operate the business until 1999.
During 1999 the corporate stock was purchased by Scott and Karen Dean. January 2004, the assets of the corporation were purchased by Regency Enterprises, LLC operated by Dale Sorrell. After re-branding in 2014, Western Mechanical became Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling.
At Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling, the customer is our top priority. Whether your issue is busted pipes in the winter or no air conditioning in the summer, we strive to make sure our customers are back on track and ready to roll as soon as possible. Of course, our technicians and plumbers aren’t afraid to get dirty to solve the most difficult, unglamorous problems to get you up and running again. We truly care about our customers.
